Can't sign in XBOX Live account on Windows 10

I'm trying to launch Forza Horizon 4. Then it demands to sign in XBOX Live.

When I'm trying to connect it says "You have no network connection".

I play only this game. Problem started today.

(Yesterday I could launch the game but multiplayer wasn't active. Game said that I have restrictions with parental control but I haven't such thing.)

My region is Russia. My network connection is alright so I write this message with my laptop.

I tried to delete my Microsoft Account from laptop and sign in with XBOX Live again.

I read the article about troubles with connection to Live. No use.

Live services status is OK on your website.

Time settings is automated.

Nothing helps.

Two different accounts - Help!

Hello, I have one account for Xbox Live and another for my Windows 10 Desktop. Is there any way to combine these accounts? On windows 10 I can sign in to the xbox app with my Live account but the Windows Store app uses the Windows 10 account. The issue
is that the Xbox Anywhere games won't be available on Windows if I purchase on my Xbox One since the accounts are different.

There has to be a way to merge the accounts, right?

I would try resetting the Xbox app if you haven't already.

Reset the Xbox app from Settings.

1. Press the Windows key, then select the gear icon to access Settings.
2. Select Apps.
3. Under Apps and features, locate the Xbox app.
4. Click the Xbox app, then click Advanced options.
5. Click Reset.
6. Restart your computer.

But today it is the same again. Says that I have no connection.
