Can't sign in to Xbox won't sign in with remote

We understand that you are trying to sign in to Xbox, remotely nor regularly and is unable to. We would like to know more details about your concern. Are you referring to Xbox Remote Play? Are you using Xbox app for PC or was this an Xbox app/Xbox Game Pass app for mobile? Or your Xbox Console is not allowing you to sign in?

Answering your questions, you can cover the three ways to operate his Xbox adding a passkey for the console in that way

1. if you want to purchase a game in his account the passkey is going to be asked before the purchase

2. The passkey is going to be asked every time that you wants to sign into his profile on the console

Now, to fully answer the question 2. You can download the Xbox mobile app in your phone and if you need to sign in remotely in his account you can start a remote play session and do it in that way

3. Creating the passkey helps to restrict the access to his account (sign in)

You can't completely remove it from the other console, but you can set it up remotely to require a password so they can't sign into the profile.

Same here. New Xbox One and can't do anything without first signing in but won't let me sign in but web site works fine.
