Can't sign in to Xbox or sign out of my Microsoft account connected to my PC Error 0x8000000D

We usually see this kind of issue if there is an issue with either account or the accounts added to the PC. Now to ensure we can address the cause and see if there is a fix, please provide us details about your concern:

1. May we ask if you can sign in to your account on this link: Microsoft account | Home ?
   
2. If you receive an error message, please let us know. Otherwise, please check your Xbox account through this link: Home (xbox.com). Since you had added this concern under Xbox category, check thoroughly if your profile and see if your previous games and achievements are in there? If it is empty, most likely you are trying to access a newly created account or a different one. Is the gamertag the same with the one you use previously?
   
3. Please go to PC Settings (press altogether Windows key + i on keyboard). Select Accounts and go to Emails & account. Please check how many email address added to your PC.
   
4. Can you sign into Microsoft Store or install an app?
