    cant sign in to play microsoft jigsaw


    I got a new surface pro 4 for christmas and downloaded microsoft jigsaw. When I try to play it tells me to choose another item this in app purchase item is no longer available in microsoft jigsaw. then in the corner it pops up and tells me I need to sign
    in to my microsoft account. the game works fine on my surface rt. And the other microsoft games work fine.

    I cannot sign in on Microsoft Mahjong nor Microsoft Solitare Collection.

    For some reason, I cannot sign in, but whenever I play Microsoft Jigsaw, it automatically signs me in.

    Game freezing up constantly

    cant play jigsaw anymore. freezes and x's itself out. anybody know of another good jigsaw app game I can get. since, Microsoft doesn't seem to be interested in fixing these issues.

    Microsoft Jigsaw occasionally won't sign in despite you being logged into your microsoft account, occasionally what has helped me is signing out of my account and back in on my device and than attempting to start Microsoft Jigsaw

    Please answer the following questions to assist you properly :

    Are you on windows 10 or 11?
    Are you using a VPN, DNS or similar services in your device?
    Also, did you tried using a completely wifi network to see if the issue persists?
    Did you tried reinstalling the app?
    Or what else did you tried so far to fix this?
    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    Reloaded Jigsaw and my last three years of history is gone!

    I am using a Windows 10 PC to play the Jigsaw app.

    It always said it was signing in so I assumed the app was signing into the cloud storage of game info.

    When my PC crashed, I was actively playing Jigsaw, Solitaire Collection, Bingo and Mahjong games. All the others restored appropriately and I have all the coins and levels I had before. Just Jigsaw was not done correctly.
