Can't sign in to my Xbox app on my Windows 10?

You can't change a gamertag into a previously owned one but you could sign in to the Windows 10 Xbox app with the old one though.

When I launched my Xbox app on my Windows 10 device tonight, I received a message 'we are unable to sign you in at the moment. Try again later' (0xbb)

At the same time I received a Win 10 notification indicating that I was signed into Xbox Live.

I currently have no access to the Xbox app. Tried multiple times signing in, even though my OS is telling me something different.

Without the ability to sign in, I can't even stream from my console.

Anyone else have this issue?

Thank you for both of your replies. I've signed in my Windows Store with my xbox account email, both Xbox APP and Xbox Inside Hub also signed in with my Xbox email. Yet, still not be able to access Cloud Games on my Windows 10 Xbox app. Very strange.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop. We'd like to determine if you have any third-party antivirus software enabled on your Windows 10 device. If yes, kindly disable it temporarily and check if the same instance occurs.

I disabled all of the AVAST shields, then tried again, but still nothing. Same error
