Cant sign in to MS XBOX App Windows 11

We understand that you're having trouble signing in to the Xbox app on Windows 11. Based on the troubleshooting steps you've already taken, it seems like the issue might be related to your account or the app itself. Here are a few more things you can try:



1. Check for updates: Make sure that both the Xbox app and Windows 11 are up to date. You can do this by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.



3. Try signing in with a different account: If you have another Microsoft account, try signing in with that one to see if the issue is specific to your account.


3. You may try to run this commend to reset the Microsoft Store. To do this, follow the steps:
Step 1. Type wsreset.exe in the Windows search box, right click the best match and choose Run as administrator
Step 2. Then a Command Prompt window will pop up to execute the command. After a while, the Windows Store will open

4. Check your firewall and antivirus settings: Make sure that the Xbox app is allowed through your firewall and that your antivirus software isn't blocking it.

I already did 2 repairs, and 2 resets also was signed into Xbox, discovered I can play through the Xbox app but can't play through the MS Solitaire & casual app that's where the ad problem occurs, this is something new since downloading Windows 11 had MS App set as default when I problem occurred but now have Xbox app as default.

I am trying to log in from the MS Store and in the Xbox app in Windows 11. Other accounts are also not getting signed in except the main account.

PS: I have tried resetting, repairing and reinstalling the store (via Powershell command) and it is not working.

No updates available for the Xbox app, I did however need to update my Nvidia Driver however this didnt help anything. I updated from windows 10 home to windows 11 in hope that itd work after the update but alas, it didnt. Also no new updates via windows either.

I'll add however, I can access both the Game Bar and Console Companion but I cant access the Xbox app.Right clicking the xbox app when it pops up on the task bar and selecting an option will get me into the app, but once i'm in the app, I cant sign in.
