Cant sign in to any profiles on xbox even though it is connected (Deco x55) .

Thank you for your reply. It's a Xbox one s. Over the last few weeks it was always slow to log in and usually manage to log in once i started a game but it was yesterday 25/3/23 that it completely failed to access any profile. I have done a full reset deleting everything. Still the same problem can access internet through the Microsoft browser app but cannot access any profiles even a brand new one I made up. The router has also had a reset and every other device works fine on it

What exactly is your Xbox console model?
When did this issue start to occur?

First, test your network connection to find any error in your connection.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.

If everything is fine, try to clear your local saves.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage devices.
Select Clear local saved games.
Note Selecting this option will not delete any games or progress you have saved in the Xbox cloud. It will only clear data you have saved locally.
Select Yes to confirm.
Once your console restarts, try accessing the game again.

If it does the same thing, our best option is to perform a factory reset to delete or remove potentially corrupted data on the system. There's an option to keep your games and apps.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? Please choose “Reset and keep my games & apps”

network test was fine. have tried various cables including a cat6A and still no joy but it dose work with mobile data on the phone..

You mean your console works fine when connected to your mobile hotspot?

If so, it may be an issue with your network configuration from the ISP or router.

My advise here is to try to setup port forwarding on your router. You may ask assistance from your ISP.
