    Please help my add account and sign in. I can't do anything on my xbox series x. I did a hard reset and can't add new account. I click on add new account and it just spins then returns to previous screen. Not a wifi or connection issue.

    Network is good, settings are good. I have tried all these things already

    Can you please check if there would be any updates needed?

    Settings > System > Updates & downloads > Console update.
