Cant sign in or add account onto Xbox One

I got signed out of my account on my Xbox and any time I tried to login, it would go through a loading screen and then kick me out. No error message. I did a couple of resets and got the same result. I finally did a hard reset, tried to add it again, but still got the same loading screen, then got kicked out without an error code.

Any help to resolve this would be great.

I got it connected to a mobile hot spot and it allowed me to sign in, will it let me do it again when I connect it back to my regular network?

I know your internet is working fine with other devices but for us to best isolate the issue, can you try connecting the console to a different network? A mobile hotspot for example?

You MUST SIGN INTO the xbox account to download the content onto the pc

Then your brother must sign out and onto his own profile to play

A PROFILE can only be signed into one place at a time
