Cant sign in onto the Xbox app

Please sign In on a browser first. Open a browser on your tablet and sign in to your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com.

And then clear cache and data. To do this please go to your tablet's Settings > Apps > Xbox App.

Tap Storage, then select Clear Cache and Clear Data.

Restart the app and try signing in again.

Next is to uninstall the app from your tablet.

Restart your device, then reinstall the app from the Google Play Store.

Then check permissions. Your Xbox app should have the necessary permissions. Go to Settings > Apps > Xbox App > Permissions, and enable all required permissions.

After that is to update your device and app. Kindly ensure that your Samsung tablet's software and the Xbox app are updated to the latest versions.

You MUST SIGN INTO the xbox account to download the content onto the pc

Then your brother must sign out and onto his own profile to play

A PROFILE can only be signed into one place at a time

I know i can get onto the xbox app but not on console that makes no sense and to see people playing while lots of people cant sign.They said to remove your account but i know that does not work because if you use a password for your account it will asked
you for it and thats the problem now cant sign in.

Mmmm, I have just signed into twitter with no probs. Still cant get onto Xbox Live though.
