Can’t sign in on Xbox websites

I am very sorry for the problem you are going through, with the intention of being able to help you, I did an internal search in Xbox support and I found a publication where they suggest the following steps to solve this problem and I thought it was good information, which you should take into account:

Close the application.

Restart the phone.

Uninstall and reinstall the game. Press the app icon until the option to Delete app appears. Then, reinstall the app from the App Store.

I can’t sign into any Xbox Website through my permanently suspended Xbox Account. I’m still unable to sign into Xbox Enforcement to find out the reason for my suspension.

I followed your instructions. Login from the app is still not working. From the website, the reply is “We can’t sign you in. JavaScript is required to sign in. Your browser either does not support JavaScript or it is being blocked.” The same thing happens on Xbox.com.
