Can't sign in on Xbox (both app and series s)

Hi there,

I've been trying to sign in for a while now, even unplugged my Xbox and everything, but can't sign in anywhere.

The reference I get is 0x87DD0033 - any idea how I can resolved this issue?

Please note that this issue has recently been affecting many more users, as you can confirm for yourself through the following thread:

Since it seems to be happening on various devices and with many other players experiencing the same issue, it's highly likely that it's a problem with Xbox servers. However, as of now, Xbox hasn't officially announced anything regarding this.

It's advisable to help Xbox become aware of this emerging issue by reporting it through the following website:

https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

On the right side of the page, where it says "Report a service outage," click on the green button that says "Report" and fill out the requested information. This way, when Xbox becomes aware of the problem, they will work on a solution to resolve it as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that in this public forum, we are players just like you, trying to assist other players.

I appreciate your understanding, and let's hope that Xbox resolves the problem soon or makes an announcement regarding it.

Hello Rhmd, to do this, you need to set the Series S as the home Xbox, then make sure both your account with the games on the Series X, and his account are both signed in on the Series S. Once you do that he will have access to all of the games on the
Series X from his Series S.

All Xbox One games are compatible with the Series S/X. You can't sign in and play them at the same time on both consoles if that's what you mean though, but you can switch back and forth between the two consoles.

Same issue. Can't link through Xbox Series S, Xbox app or through FB.

Okay so just to make sure I understand.....

I make my sons Series S (MY) Home Console.....

He can play Online with me if I am on my PC signed in as me.
I can also sign into my own Series X and play my games.

We wont be playing together on XBOX on both Series S and Series X.

Can't sign in on Xbox (both app and series s)
