Can't sign in on psn with Microsoft account

I am afraid that a PlayStation account can only be linked to a Microsoft account once. Once it has been linked to a PSN account, you can't link the PSN account to another Microsoft account.

I would also like to add that I have never made another PSN account therefore I can't have my Microsoft account linked to another PSN account.

The account connection isn't created on PlayStation's end, so it won't show on your PSN account.

Are you sure you're signing in with same PSN and Microsoft account you used on the PS4? The message suggests it's the wrong account.

this is not a Minecraft policy, this is a Sony policy, and if you wish it to change you'll have to ask them to do so

I’m afraid to say, but according to the official Minecraft article I’m going to share below, “Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation® account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be associated with a different account.” and in addition to that, “As of March 15, 2023, please DO NOT unlink your MSA from your PlayStation account via the in-game menu. You will be unable to link it back if you do so.”

I know this is not the kind of answer you were expecting, but Minecraft doesn’t allow us to link a different Microsoft account once we choose to link accounts.
