    Can't sign in on OLD XBOX ACCOUNT, still being billed for probably years, how do i cancel this?


    I have two seperate accounts, this account I am posting on, and another lost account that still bills me every month for xbox live gold which my xbox one broke a long time ago randomly of course. I can't contact any xbox customer service representative, all I get is the option to talk to a virtual agent, a fake person, and i can't schedule a phone call of any kind, how the hell do I get some type of refund for the past 90 days? I am about to permanently block xbox transactions with my bank card and stop supporting xbox ever again for this lack of any type of proper support, How do I go about contacting xbox live support? I just want them to stop billing me for a service I dont even have, because I have an account I cant access to stop the subscription. ?????????"??????????

    if my debit card information was stolen, someone used this information to get xbox live, and then I have no idea because i cant even get access to properly prove my identity to xbox live because they wont allow me to contact them, how the [mod removed] am i supposed to fix this?

    Without being able to sign into the account, the only thing you can do through Microsoft is request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    ya dude this is the [mod removed] example of service from xbox. I will never use any of there products again. They changed the way they do customer service. they are trash

    Then in that case it would be the bank that you would need to contact so they can stop payment on that card.

    i tried to request a call back it didn't work there are no options for that just shows the available time window from 5 am to 6 pm monday through friday, the options to talk to a virtual assistant, and post here.
