Can't sign in my account on my Xbox one

This might be caused by a network issue so also try to reboot your network hardware, like modem, router etc.

If all fail, be sure to try and sign in at
http://account.microsoft.com and verify if all is correct and up to date.

Kindly try to perform the following workarounds:

- Clearing the cache and cookies of your browser.
- Changing browsers.
- Disabling extensions / going incognito or in-private browsing.
- Disconnect from the VPN or Proxy server.
- Use different devices and network services.

Then sign in to account.microsoft.com, account.xbox.com, and the Xbox app to see if it works.

If the issue persists, try to sign in to a different Xbox account for us to isolate the case.
