    Can’t sign in in any Xbox app


    Hi everyone, today i changed phone a motorola G 5G android 10 os. Downloaded apps xbox and xbox game pass. Both of them remain stuck on a page after login to confirm that i’ve downloaded it from certified pages only. Of course i’ve downloaded these apps from play store. But nothing to do. Can someone help me? No support from the xbox customer care.

    until today i used an iphone without any problem.

    I’m able to sign into Xbox Enforcement on any other Xbox account except my main account that’s permanently suspended. I can’t sign into my main account on Xbox because it says I’m permanently suspended and I can’t even find out why.

    Why is this happening?

    I can’t find the more security options or the other security or apps and websites I see the security tab but then it just has 4 options sign in activity, password security, advanced security, stay secure with windows and I thought it might of been advanced but I can’t see any of the options I need
