    Cant sign in i need to download my profile.


    Hello i got the error code 0x87dd0019 and followed the guide in the support page in one step it suggest deleting my profile to fix the issue so i did that and now i cant sign in and cant play offline my console no longer has profiles i cant even access edge,
    i need to download my profile into my console to at least play offline.

    P. D. DONT suggest people to delete their profiles from their consoles, Never do that, delete that post please.

    same my profile wouldn't sign in so i deleted it and tried re downloading it and saying it cant download

    hi the only thing is i have deleted my profile because the xbox said i cant sign in i had to deleted my profile and download it again

    Hi, tried downloading the profile as suggested

    I am still no further forward, once downloaded I was asked to sign in because "microsoft needs to check and update the security of your xbox profile" so I cant log in via the gamertag

    It wont recognise the email address that Ive used, possibly because of a typo but because I cant get in, I cant verify this.

    Ive followed the instructions on xbox.com/forgot but I cant sign in with the gamertag so this is useless

    There must be some way I can find out what the email address is!!!

    Same thing happen to me did the same and cant download. But it shows my profile but will not sign in
