Can't sign in; Error Code 0x801901f4.

I've been having a lot of trouble lately with my Xbox One experience. I won't go into detail about the other debacle (I've already posted
Elsweyr - well sort of - I'm having a "Fall"ing "Out" with an old friend - anyway...), but I am starting to suspect that gaming issues, servers issues, etc., may indeed be linked... For now I'll just say that my newest problem is that
I cannot sign in to my Xbox after a power-cycle. I've tried again, and again (both cycling and signing), and nothing but the error code 0x801901f4 pops up. Anyone with a clue out there - except Bill Gates? I've read that deleting my account and re-installing
it may fix it, but not sure I want to do that if it means losing certain save games. I have also read this error message has popped up before quite a few years ago... is this an ongoing issue, and if so:
why?

Hello Giant,

Being you have done all the troubleshooting basically for the profile. We recommend requesting a call back and speak with a support agent. They will be able to go over the account and see if there are any issues with it.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips (don't select anything here)
Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

Also, after reading more of this thread, It sounds like you may want to try a soft reset of the console to see if that resolves things

Oooookaaayyy... something is definitely strange here. I just turned on my Xbox and my profile popped up as signed in, displaying in the upper left hand corner of the screen. As soon as I started to move the joystick, it DISAPPEARED, signing me out - trying
to sign back in resulted in the above mentioned error code.

I appreciate the replies, but I've been running into a lot of these types of auto-responses lately. If you read my post, this started after a power cycle. I have done multiple resets, of all forms, save from restoring the console to it's factory default
setting; which will result in my having to re-download everything on the console, if I'm not mistaken. The Xbox
is listed as my Home Xbox. Also, I do not currently have an Xbox Gold subscription, nor do I plan to purchase one.

Hello Giant,

We recommend doing the
uninstall and reinstall of the profile. As long as you have Xbox one the save data is saved to the cloud, so you wont lose any save data. Also make sure you able to sign in on the
Account website.
