    Trying to ccess my account this came up. I skipped sign-in and the samething happened.

    I also got a different error saying i need to delete and redownload my account. I assume it's my internet

    connection but I found another thread/forum that had the same message. It is dated around the

    I don't know what's up but I would appreciate official support people to help me with whatever

    this is. ASAP

    Greetings ChickenElite!

    Could you run a diagnostic test to LIVE, to determine if you console can connect properly.

    Browse to Xbox network settings and select Test Xbox LIVE Connection. Let us know if your console fails to connect and if so, where on the connection test does it fail to connect to LIVE.
