    Hello,

    i'm french so excuse me if i made some fault.

    I have a problem with my account. I just can't send private message or join any request for group search.

    I'm not bannish and never in the past.

    I try ton contact Microsoft support and they told me to come here to have an answer.

    I think in the friends app there is a search box....can't you enter a gamertag in the search then access their gamercard and send message that way??

    I have the "group not found" message as well. I've been in the preview program for a few weeks now with no access to the forum. It says to send a tweet to Xbox Support? That can't really be the best option can it? Any help would be appreciated.

    You'll most likely have access next week (week of Monday 24th). If you still can't access the forums after, you can send them a private message by clicking the button under their post. :)
