Can't send my controller back to service for guarantee.

So basically I need help with sending my controller back to service because some functions are not working (for example if I connect my headset to the controller it will not work, so I think the jack is broken in the controller). I think I did every thing
good with filling the boxes with my information, although I was "warned" or something that my adress information is not correct or something, but it offered to use the adress that I wrote in the box. So later on I've got to the second step wich I'm stuck at
right now. When I get there it immediately says:

No Records Found

If you find no offers available for your out of warranty device, please visit your preferred retailer to purchase a replacement.

Please help me I'm new to this stuff and I'm not glad to do this doodoo work because of a controller. I'm already thinking about buying a new one, but since it is not a cheap thing, I rather try this way first. I thank you if you
help that would mean a lot to me.

They try to send back what you send in, but they can't guarantee that you'll get a special edition back when you send a controller or console in.

When you send a controller in, you're only supposed to send the controller. Anything else you send in is not guaranteed to be returned. You can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do, but there's no guarantee they'll be able to send it all back.
