Can't send messages through the xbox website.

Aside from what others have said, have you tried clearing your cookies and cache in the browser you are trying to use?

Also what happens when you try to send a message through the website, does it just not send, give you an error message or something else?

I would recommend you to use the Xbox app on your Windows 10 or download the app on your phone. It happens a lot to me when I'm trying to send a message on the website. Also, try to use a different browser it could work.

I forgot to add to the OP and can't edit it, but I can send messages through the website, but just can't send through the console. Anyone can assist me?
