Can't send messages on Xbox One console

I have been trying to send messages through my Xbox One and even on PC, but I keep getting an error. I've tried the steps it gives me when I go to look for more info, but none of them worked. I'd like to know if there is another way to finally be able
to message someone through my Xbox or PC.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Are you able to send messages through the Xbox app on your mobile device? Did you receive any messages from the Xbox Enforcement team? We recommend checking

your enforcement history to ensure that there is not a communication suspension. As VAC9 stated, there is an active service alert
that is affecting social services on several platforms. Keep an eye on our website for updates. Be sure to let us know the results!
