Support will post back and verify if you got it in time, but the offers run on UTC time zone. So you would have had to make sure you got the last of the achievements by 23:59 pm UTC. For example, I live in the US in the central time zone, so I would have
had to have the achievements done by 7pm.

It can depend on what time you had to redeem it by. Usually promos work on either GMT or UTC time. I live in the Central time zone, so I'm 5 hours behind that time. So if a promo ends at 11:59pm but it's GMT or UTC, that means it ends around 6:59PM for me.

I have tried what you suggested, automatic time zone selection and time setting are both enabled, the time zone is correct (UTC+0 Dublin) and the region is also correct (Ireland). I have restarted my PC and the described error still occurs.

Since that is not a Rewards program issue, Rewards support will not be able to assist. However, most of the time Xbox things go by UTC time zone. Not your own. So for example I'm in the central time zone and sales and leaderboard stuff usually switches over
at 7pm. So that's normal.

As far as not counting gamerscre, there have been glitches with gamerscore for the past several days which has extended to the leaderboard. My leaderboard shows that none of my friends have earned anything gamerscore for April yet, even though they have.
