    Can’t see or use custom content


    Whenever i try and see or use custom content created by the community, I cant. This includes custom games on GTA V and platoon logos on Battlefield 1. I’ve gone into privacy and online safety and put you can see and upload community creations on everybody
    but its still not allowing me. Please reply quick with a solution because its summer holiday soon and i would like to play custom games with my friends

    I didn’t get an email from Microsoft it’s says that I didn’t buy anything

    I can’t see any processing order on the Microsoft site only the customer support can see it

    I’ve tried going to the enforcement page but can’t sign in to see why I was banned. Also has all my money I paid for digital downloads been stolen? Because if I can’t sign in then I can’t use the content that I paid for. In my book that’s theft no matter
    how you split it.

    Can’t use a custom gamer pic

    You must be 18 or older to upload custom gamerpics. If you are of that age-range, then I believe you'll have to verify your birthdate with Xbox Support over the phone or chat.

    Custom GamerPic

    Are you still having problems using a custom Gamerpic? I don't know if it is a known bug but this is what I did to enable custom Gamerpic.

    My Profile > Privacy Settings > Game Content > You can see and share content

    Set the option to "Everybody" in order to upload and use a custom Gamerpic. Anything other than that and your custom Gamerpic reverts back to an avatar or one of those generic ones.
