Cant see or play EA Play games on the XBOX App

Hello, I have been looking for a way to play my ea play games included with my game pass ultimate, my windows cant update, and i dont want to hear about how to update it. just tell me if theres any way to play the ea play game without xbox app. i have origin installed. im on pc by the way

Thanks. I checked, the Xbox and EA accounts are linked. But the EA app does not see any subscription and offers to re-register EA Play.

purchasing ea play on pc is through ea app or via steam, if you have ultimate gamepass on xbox then you get access to ea play on the ea app on pc if the accounts are linked.

if you only have ea play on xbox then you need a separate sub for ea play with the ea app or steam.

I had the exact same issue. I found the best way to go about it is to not use the Xbox app to install ea play titles. when it has you install the ea desktop beta app the first time you try to install an ea play game do that. then open it and log in with your Xbox account. From there you can search and download any ea play game from within that app. And it works better than the Xbox app as well. Enjoy playing and have a great day!
