Can't see no promotions in the Games tab

Hi there

I'm unable to see any promotion in the Games tab. This would not bother me that much, but this way I don't see even the games with gold section. The home tab shows promotions as usual, but the ones in the Games tab are gone. I tried to clear my cache and
also double checked the Privacy settings but I have everything enabled and I'm sure that I didn't touch these settings before the promotions disappeared. Any ideas what could be wrong? My gamertag is registered in Slovakia.

I am having the same exact problem, bought the season pass through the promotion page and have yet to see a discount applied no matter how I access the game within the marketplace. Have heard others say that it is applied through clicking the tile on the
dashboard games tab, but no luck sofar.

 

Xbox one dashboard is mostly blank

My Xbox one dashboard recently has been devoid of most content such as my community stream, my store tab has no pictures or anything on it no promotional material whatsoever, I can't see the monthly xbox live free games or sales it's just all gone and instead
all I see is a white border outline on each page/tab I can still play games just can't see what's in the store or the one guide or what achievments my friends have unlocked any solutions?

 

Same happens to me i no longer can see promos or games with gold im from portugal

 

Amazing no answer we should have been used to this from xbox thats why ps4 maybe better than xbox one

 

Slovakia is not an officially Live supported country and this may be the reason that you are not seeing any deals on your dashboard.

CardonaPT - is your gamertag set for the same country that you live in? If not then perhaps that is why you are not seeing any deals on your dashboard either.

Perhaps I don't really understand how the gold membership works.

First of all its absolutely possible and legal to buy Gold membership here in Slovakia.

There's a official page translated to Slovakian where you can buy the membership and see all the local promotions (Xbox Live | Xbox). You can see that there are the same Games with
Gold and Deals with Gold offers than in the rest of europe/usa.

And most importantly - up until last week I was able to see all those promotions in my xbox console. they've just suddenly dissapeared.

 

Ok, my apologies then. After more online research it seems as though Slovakia has been included as a Live country but the page I was referencing has not yet been updated.

You should double check your preferences to see if anything has been changed.
