    Hello, can anyone help please

    I have several issue with : Can't see my games under my profile of microsoft(xbox.com) that means that I only see the one year old game and backward .

    Other issue is with GhostRecon wild lands, in this case i have purchased a Gold Edition with the Preorder and installed; on date I suppose to receive an email containing a link in how and where to collect all things included (According to a XBOX web page),
    but never received.

    How ever I did not get anything "or almost": No XP permanent, No patch, No 800GR and so on.

    At this point I did uninstall and reinstall (several time) no change.

    Has well with the promise of the BETA User, in this case I did play a lot, but I haven't got what was promise.

    Microsoft family / xBox privacy settings

    Hi, I have setup up microsoft family members under my windows account and those accounts also have xbox profiles but when I log into xBox.com I cannot see my kid's profiles under privacy settings to allow me to manage preferences. I can only see and manage
    my own. All the help pages indicate I should be able to see and manage their profiles along with my own. Thanks for any help that can be offered.

    O.K. who is reading these posts and fixing things? I have had this issue for quite awhile and all of a sudden it is now working again. I now see my clips and achievements under my profile. Whoever fixed this. Thank You.

    cant download games off of live or website

    First go to xbox.com and log into your profile. Then click on my account under your gamertag. In the center column the fisrt you'll see manage my profile and online saftey. Click on that and see f you can change the restrictions in therif not then try going
    onto the Microsoft ecommerce site and see if you can change the settings from there. That should remove the restrictions and enable you to download the game. the commerce site is www.commerce.microsoft.com
