Can't see my Game History

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. If you'd like to view the purchase history in your Xbox/Microsoft account, then I recommend our support article entitled Check
your Xbox purchase history to see how to look at this information via a PC or console. Please be sure that if you have an existing Microsoft/Xbox account prior to your new console and own other games that you're logging in with the correct credentials
(email address/password) in order to download and install your previous purchases.

Make sure to log in with the account that purchased those games.

Also, another way to check your purchase history is on the Microsoft site.

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

In addition to checking out your purchase history on the web, you can ensure your console is set up to

allow remote instillation by following the steps here. That way when you go through your purchase history on your
Microsoft Account page, you can have it set to install them right from the site.

Order History on Computer

Please sign in to your Order history
with the Microsoft account that you used to make the purchase(s). You can download your games from your PC to your Xbox from here as well.

Order History on Xbox One

Again verify your on the Microsoft account that purchased the game(s), press the Xbox button and select "Start > Settings > Account > Payment and Billing > and then select "Order History"

You can also check installable games through the my games & apps > ready to install menu or find the game you know you purchased in the Xbox Store and see if it says "Install" or "Purchase"

That's the problem, i can't see it in the purchase history, and this is my only account.

On this account i have the achievements and the played time history.
