    Have you tried a simple restart on your console? If you got some sort of com's ban I imagine you would see a message from Microsoft but id would try to restart and then take additional trouble shooting steps.

    I've noticed that as well but it ends up getting them the next day not sure if its connection or the xbox just being slow in general.

    But sending a group party chat inv, is a much bigger deal IMO than someone saying is anyone talking?

    Party chat you can't even kick them at the moment. The more people that talk in the lobby the more people will answer.
