cant see game on xbox series s after using a code

Hi, i bought the physical copy of hogwarts legacy, i finished it on my series x only by using the disk, now i tried to add it to the series s with the code, i got a success message after applying the code, but i cant see the game in my library.

i restarted the xbox, disconnected and reconnected but nothing.

is it possible that the code is only for series x and not s?

The code is for pre-order items

Video games do not contain movie-style digital copies

People can download games they don't own, for example waiting for a disc to arrive

You cannot use a disc copy without a disc drive.

All Series consoles work with the same version

One consoles are different versions

I’m from Israel, but I bought the game in Romania.

I played with the physical disk and it worked fine, but the code didnt

Hi thank you for the response, I can see the game in my billing orders and I’m using the same account.

I tried to download the game through the Xbox app and I was able to download, but when I try to play it, I get an error that says that in need to purchase the game

Thank you, I was finally able to connect the points… the code is not for the game, it is for an item in the game.

Its a special edition so the code is for the extra stuff and the disk is for the game.
