    Can't see cloud games on second account phone


    Good morning, I have one Xbox One S with my account (with gamepass ultimate) and a second account on the same xbox.

    Why I can see cloud games (all with gamepass) on my phone but my girlfriend the owner of the second account, can't see cloud games and ask her a new gemepass subscription?

    gamepass not sharing properly

    As ngocphi has pointed out, you can't download X/S games to an Xbox One console. The account with the actual Game Pass Ultimate subscription can play these games via the cloud but cloud gaming is not sharable. It is a feature only available to the account with the subscription. A second account on the "Home" Xbox One will not be able to play any X/S games through the cloud unless they actually purchase Game Pass Ultimate.

    I cant remember but none worked, the issue seems to be with cloud save and Torchlight 2 i(clouds saves work fine on other games) second account with no save data to see if it would sync, and it got the same error message.

    I logged out of my cloud account and logged back in, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, checked for updates.. still nothing. Is there any kind of support for this game? I can't find a single phone number, email address, or website to contact someone to help me.

    no you can't install things on cloud gaming, you should check and see whether it's available on the cloud service with the DLC

    With cloud gaming you just push play
