Cant see chats, recieve or send messages. What should I do?

If you block someone on Xbox One they can still see your profile but just cant see what your doing. They can send you a message but you will never recieve it. They will not know they are block and you will always appear offline to them.

On Xbox 360, once you block someone they wont be able to see your profile at all or be able to send you messages.

Im also having this same issue for a week now cant read messages but i can send them and my friends recieve them and when i get messages i get notifications but cant see messages would love some help asap

I’ve done everything everyone has told me to do for my account. I also put my account on another xbox to see if it would change anything and nothing works. Not sure what type of glitch is going on. I can talk in party chat and team chat but still cant
message. I tried checking my reputatiok but it keeps telling me that it cant send messages to the numbers i give.

Yeah me too i have the same problem cant send messages i can recieve them and i can post to clubs and all that just problems with messaging for me

Im having the same issue. I cant delete messages. When i send them they dont show up in my recents. I dont recieve any kessages till like 2 days later. Rn its monday and im just now recieving my messages from saturday Ive tried hard reset. Deleting
account. And all the messages that do come in only come in message request. Not the normal messages section. Been like this for 3 days.
