cant see chats in servers

Discus and support cant see chats in servers in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; whenever i join servers for example the hive i can send chats but others cant see them, and i can see others chat please let me know why i got this...     I have the same question aswell. Whenever im playing on any server on pe i cant see what others are typing nor can i type myself. When i type in the chat it just disapears.
