cant scroll down

Discus and support cant scroll down in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; everything was fine, then i got a random system update, since then i have not been able to scroll down on the dashboard it just puts me right back up...     everything was fine, then i got a random system update, since then i have not been able to scroll down on the dashboard it just puts me right back up to the top, anyone had and resolved this issue

    Hello, in order to fix
    this kind of problems, i will recomend you to perform a full reboot of your system, also known as a powercycle or Full Reboot,
    cold restart orhard reset. To perform a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the
    system is on.

    I was experiencing similar issues after the latest console update. What fixed it for me was doing a factory reset without deleting my games.

    try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

    Hi there,

    Have you tested out another controller with the console? This sounds like it may be an issue with the controller if it only has limited functionality.
