    Hi,

    I can't scroll down or select anything on the home page of my Xbox one. I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem? The controller only seems to move left or right.

    So you can scroll down to "settings" but cant "select" it? ....I was gona say delete your profile and re download it but I guess you cant...

    Hello, in order to fix
    this kind of problems, i will recomend you to perform a full reboot of your system, also known as a powercycle or Full Reboot,
    cold restart orhard reset. To perform a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the
    system is on.

    try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

    Hi there,

    Have you tested out another controller with the console? This sounds like it may be an issue with the controller if it only has limited functionality.

    I was experiencing similar issues after the latest console update. What fixed it for me was doing a factory reset without deleting my games.
