    Controller not scrolling down

Hello, thank you for posting on the Xbox Forums.

Maybe the problem is that your control is already corrupted. (it may be dirty or it just has faults)

Have you tried another control yet?

    Controller won't scroll down

Ha, I was definitely weighing that.... wrap the entire thing up after resetting it and bring it back only to re-set everything back up or just get a new one.

Wife made that decision! It went back. I would have purchased a new one. Her argument for the value of money won over my argument of value of time.

    Controller won't scroll down

Happy wife equals happy life is a hard pill for a gamer to swallow unfortunately. Best of luck with everything. I hope it won't be too long before you're back in gaming community.

    Controller won't scroll down

You can also call the Xbox team they are pretty nice and you maybe be able to send out your remote for repair. The downside would be that you would be without a remote for a bit. I had a similar issue with the joystick and my resolve was to go and purchase
a new remote... best of luck my man!

    Controller won't scroll down

If updating the controller doesn't work, try disconnecting your controllers from the xbox then reconnecting it back up.
