Can't 'save password' or proceed to 'next' on 360 sign-in

I got red rings on my 360, so bought another console.

However, though it recognises my password and email as correct when I sign in, it won't let me select 'save password' nor will it go to 'next'.

Also I lost some unlocked features on games I had on the transferred hard drive.

Any solutions?

Hi, I tried that already - it says that I can't get webchat for that issue (anything to do with logins), plus the callback feature doesn't recognise my phone number for some reason.

I apologize but if there is no active subscription or transaction we can't proceed with the next step. If you have other Microsoft accounts you can sign in to that would be great as well.

It is possible to manage the Xbox 360 storage on the Xbox One.

First you will need to hit the view and menu buttons at the same time on your controller while playing an Xbox 360 game.

Then you will go down to the Manage Storage section and hit yes to proceed to the next part.

Next go to the Saved Games section and you can manage the save data there.

Have you had a hair cut? ....only joking. If you have save password ticked, and you sign in once. Next time you turn on your Xbox One from off, it should not ask for the password again.
