    Can't save my credit card info


    I have a problem and I am hoping that I get good answers.

    Here's the thing: I attempted to save my credit card info onto my Xbox One and when I press save it says check the info you entered. it doesn't match the info for this card.

    I contacted Microsoft Support and here is their answer:

    So regarding your credit card issue it seems that you have exceeded the number of accounts that can be associated to a single payment instrument, therefore please use a different payment instrument or use an account that already has the same card attached.

    I really don't understand at all. what does that even mean? I already erased my previous card since it got expired and already destroyed my previous card since it has expired. So what am I supposed to do? How can I even save my new credit card when I can't?

    Yes, my region and card info match, but when I type credit card number it can't validate it. It's possible, that credit cards from certain regions are not accepted?
