cant save and load

I'm sorry you have this problem. Follow the instructions below for a solution.

Solutions
To remove your profile:
Press the Xbox  button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
Select the account you want to remove.
Select Remove to confirm.
When you're done, select Close.

To add your profile back to the console:
Press the Xbox  button to open the guide.
Go to Profile & system and then select Add or change.
Select Add new.
Enter your Microsoft account password, and then select Sign in.

Read the Microsoft Services Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select Accept.
Follow the steps to set up your Sign-in and security preferences and add your account to your Xbox One console.

If the above solution didn't work, try restarting your console. Restore erases everything on your Xbox. As long as you're signed in to the Xbox network, but we store your data (including your account information) online.

Once you've reinstalled your games and apps, your save data will be downloaded to your Xbox as needed.

On the Reset console? screen. you will see three options:
Reset and remove everything. This option resets the console to factory settings. All user data, including accounts, saved games, settings, and primary Xbox associations, as well as all games and apps, will be deleted.

Reset and keep my games and apps. Use this option as your primary choice for troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all data that may be corrupted, without deleting your apps or games.
Cancel. To exit this screen, simply select this button.

Yeah I get it every time I try to load any save.... cant ply any of my saves

at 85 percent waiting for the install to finish cause I cant even load a saved game either,

You haven't accidentally started loading an older save have you? One that's progress is far behind your most recent save?.. I don't personally own the game, but it if allows manual saving, I would select load from the game menu and load an older one to see
where its at in game progress. If it does not support manual saving/loading and only uses an auto save feature, it's possible that the game was started over and the auto save is now based on a new game progress.

A save wont just disappear unless A) It was deleted B) It was corrupt and the game cant load it. C) Auto save was written over by new game. I would also ask to make sure that you didn't start saving to a USB or cloud storage as then you will have to tell
it to save to that new location as well as load from it.

Anyways, let us know, I know it will suck if you cant get the save back, though from what I have heard is the game is fairly short and hopefully not too much trouble to redo your progress again.

i have even tried install a new windows 10, but the game still cant launch after sync my data. I switch to another new microsoft account and launch the game with no problem, seems there have some problem on my save data on cloud and when the data load it just cant load into game. i cannot find any method to delete my cloud save
