Can't run the Tomb Raider.

I ask you to help me with this bug. Activated the attached key on Tomb Raider but a window appears with the text "You must wait until the game is available." At the same time in games, I have the status of the game "pre-order"

Black ops 2 Won't Start

I'm having the same problem with the game Tomb Raider Anniversary, i've already download again, and again but the same msg keep showing "Can't Launch Tomb Raider..."

 

What's your next purchase?

just bought bioshock infinite and tomb raider...really need to stop buying games i can't really afford. infinite's awesome though, still downloading stuff for tomb raider.

This is a known issue with new console bundles that come with Shadow of the tomb raider. Currently the code is redeemable, but the license does not activate until January of 2019. This is something that we are working on internally
and should be fixed soon. Although, there is no estimated time frame on that.

If you guys would like further assistance I would suggest to contact Live Support just to check if they have a resolution on their end as I've seen a few customer's with this issue having this resolved.
