Cant run a game I've just purchased, no matter what (error 0x803f8001)

Hi all.

I've just purchased Stranded Deep yesterday (April 21st) and since then I just can't open the game.

Whenever I try, I receive the infamous 0x803F8001 Error: Do you own this game or app?

Things
I have tried so far:

Uninstalling and reinstalling the game;

Full power cycle (forcing shutdown by pressing Power for 10sec, disconnecting power cord, waiting for 10min etc.);

Soft reset;

Hard reset;

Removing and adding my account to the console (even though during the resets it was already performed);

Reassigning my console as main home console (even though it was already the main home console);

Cleared all storage data;

Checked whether the game appears as "Concluded" in my transaction list (see attached image below), and it does appear as Concluded.

I'm totally lost here, I have no idea what to do next. This is the only game I've experiencing this problem so far (and I have almost 100 owned games, not even considering Game Pass/Gold courtesy games). And I've just bought Sagebrush yesterday and it worked
fine.

I need some help, or even guidance to get a refund for this.

Try go to your settings, general, network settings, advanced settings, alternate mac address and hit clear. Worked with me when my minecraft wouldnt load up either.

There is no such thing like "option where chat is present".

Like I said, one tells me to message another Xbox player, the other one tells me to come here and post my problem.

After asking for refund, gave a last try late night and somehow the game ran. I dont know what exactly changed but thanks anyway.

Looking at all tbe steps taken, my suggestion is that you reach out to support directly by using the chat option or by requesting a call back.
