Can't retrieve saved files on Xbox one

Thank you for your response, I'm a bit melancholic on the fact that I can't retrieve the save game file, but I really appreciate your advice and I will create backup saves on a USB storage device from now on.

To clarify, after you deleted the save, did you start a new file and save with that? If the previous save was overwritten, unfortunately there isn't a way to retrieve it. Can you clarify what happens when you try to connect to Xbox Live?

It's unfortunate that this happened but it's not possible to retrieve the save files of the games. Is it possible that when you deleted the gamer tag you selected "Delete Profile and Items" instead of just "Delete Profile Only". Selecting the first option
would have also deleted your save game files.
