    Beyond frustrated I moved out of state and had to put my Xbox in storage and for the first time I tried to log into it after almost a year and it won't let me log into my account or recover my account I have spent a ridiculous amount of money on games and movies and I cannot access them I cannot reach anybody in customer service no one can help me and not only that they have charged my card and overdrafted it not long ago for a game pass renewal so they're charging my card and taking my money and I cannot get into my account or access anything that I bought is there a number that I can speak to a living human because this is not fair and it is quite frankly bordering on theft at this point I do not have the old phone number to my account I have had to get a new phone in the meantime it will not allow me to do anything to recover my account

    I just want to confirm when did you last successfully sign in to your Microsoft account? If you have not logged into your account for more than two years and it has been closed due to inactivity, you will not be able to use the Account Recovery Form to recover your account.     Did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account? If you do have the 2FA active, are you able to access the second factor of authentication? If so, please try resetting your password.     Important: The account recovery form can only be used if two-step verification isn't turned on. If the feature is enabled, the only way to recover the account is to regain access to your two-step verification phone number.

    Xbox's Customer Support Team
    . They can help you retrieve your old account. They might ask for an old phone number, email addresses, or financial information (if you have ever bought anything on the Xbox live Market Place) to confirm the account belongs
    to you. So make sure you have these things at the stand-by.
