Can’t restart or uninstall any games.

Something is going on with my Xbox. Every time I try to uninstall a game it doesn’t say are you sure also I cant even restart my Xbox it doesn’t say do you want to restart. It was also being really weird by me moving the joysticks and would take a while to respond.

Sorry to hear about your issue with your console. Can you still access the settings? Kindly turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

I’m having this same problem now! I’ve restarted everything and uninstalled and installed the apps… I just can’t figure out what’s going on….. please help….

I was playing mw2 and I got booted by a modder and I can’t play it any more. I just got it and I can’t play it. Xbox won’t listen, how can I play again?

I’m having the EXACT same problem and can’t find any assistance anywhere! It gets to about 5% on the offline manual update and reverts back to the error screen. I can’t restart it or reset it to factory default. The worse part is that customer service
is practically down at a time when I’m gaming the most. It’s infuriating!
