cant reset password - no code input

this is what i get if i click the top email address radio button . . . . . but I dont get the same if I click the second email radio button (and I dont get a code)

I have 2 email addresses.

I need to get a code for both email addresses.

If I click the top radio button the window changes to enter the code. If I select the second email address the window does not change. I dont get a code input box. . . . . .

Just to be sure, you did click the 'I have a code' text?

yes. tried multiple browsers and devices. nothing happens when i click get code for my second email address. is there really no option to speak with anybody for support at microsoft/xbox? how can this be legal?

If so and if it still fails, also try it on a different device (or different browser) to see if that helps.
