Can't request a call back UK

Thanks for bringing this concern to our attention and for letting us know that you were having issues contacting live support from region/country UK. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

We understand that it is an urgent matter to know the status of your controller. Though the status of your repair usually will be sent to you through email or else can be seen on your account.

Then, select the controller that was sent for repair and select See Details. It is still more efficient to contact support regarding the repair status if any case, you will encounter issue with the 2 steps above, please post a screenshot here.

Talking to a live support is always be the best option for this any urgent matter. To make sure we will be able to address your concern properly about contacting support we would like to ask if you can try to perform the steps below and please take a screenshot of the issue.

2. Select the "Contact Us" button
   
3. Select the following drop-down menu options in the following order:
   What are you having trouble with? - Hardware & Network
   What's the issue? - Warranty, service & repair
   
   Where are you seeing it? - please select your response from the dropdown
   
4. The third box will ask you to describe your issue. We suggest something along the lines of "Status of repair for my controller" and then select the "Next" button.
   
5. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
   
6. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Now, if the Request a call option is unavailable. Would you mind taking a screenshot of that and post it in here?

It's the NOTESHELF app. I've tried contact support through the link you gave, but it states either contact these forums or request a call back. When I request a call back to a UK number it says "Something went wrong on our end, we are working on it".

I am unable to contact agent i gave my uk phone number to uk region all i got was we’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later.

2. Select Billing
3. Say No thanks to the virtual agent
4. Select Error Messages and codes
5. Skip step 3 and go to step 4
6. Select request a callback from support
