    Can't renew xbox game pass


    Was getting an offer of 3 months for 1 dollar on the app and tried subscribing to the xbox game pass, but I'm getting a message saying "DCAT - resource no found." There is some more to the error code, but does anyone know how to fix this? How can I subscribe
    to the xbox game pass?

    Unfortunately, You can't renew your Xbox Game Pass annually instead of monthly.

    Hi HighSpacerr, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    For the Microsoft balance if it's not showing up it may mean that it does not match the store region. Make sure that it's the correct currency by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments.

    By the way, in using the Microsoft balance a back-up payment method is required such as PayPal, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
