    EA access, yes or no?

    just subscribed, just a heads up to anyone looking to as well, when you first subscribe it sets to automatically renew by default, you cant undo that in the app you have to log into your account on xbox.com, go to subscriptions and cancel the automatic renewal there.

    Are you redeeming the code on your Xbox One console or on Xbox.com? Give both destinations a shot and let us know which specific error code you receive when you try to redeem. Error codes generally look like XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000.

    I have the 12 month membership that renews automatically. And it doesnt show up anymore. I also cant check the subscriptions.

    Hi Luis,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. To answer the question if sub will cancel. The issue with this is if auto renewal is on. As you are unable to get into the account if the renewal is on, you cant disable it so it will keep charging. If it is not on
    auto renew then yes it will basically suspend the subscription after a period of time of no payment.
