Can’t renew or cancel my subscription, won’t let me play

when I go to play any game it says I need Xbox gold to continue, while on my desktop it already says I’m subscribed. I cannot purchase gold on my console or desktop as it gives an error: “ something on our end went wrong” I cannot diagnose it anywhere has
anyone had a similar problem?

Xbox won’t let on pay for online or even go online with games

hello my Xbox won’t let me pay for online as keeps saying can’t subscribe to this account go to settings or Xbox.com it’s been a struggle for days now won’t let me remove payment options just lets me play normal games not online I need help ASAP

On account.microsoft.com do you see your subscription listed under services and subscriptions? Also check there for any outstanding balances. If you have an outstanding balance you would have to pay it before purchasing a new subscription.

can’t see any outstanding payments but says a payment from May is pending, but says there is no outstanding and when I go to add my same card it says it’s not s recognized card when it’s the exact same details

Make sure your account is not on hold for an overdue payment.

It keeps on saying that I already own Xbox live gold already for the 3 months subscription but I still can’t get online on any of my games and also it still won’t let me put any codes in as well.However my subscription said that it’s cancelled for the Xbox live gold but I never cancelled that ever.
